Following recent spate of deaths in the Nigerian movie industry, a cleric who claimed to have seen a vision, Evangelist Emeka Omenka had warned media practitioners as well as members of the entertainment industry generally to intensify their prayers to avert further untimely deaths of very important Nollywood personalities. 

According to the Abia State-born cleric, danger still looms in the industry except the practitioners heed this urgent clarion call for fervent prayers to avert further deaths in the fast emerging entertainment industry in the country, noting that there is an evil wind blowing through the industry. 

He maintained that he saw a vision in 2001 that there would be a series of deaths in the Nigerian movie industry if Nigerians especially, if members fail to pray, stating that recent events in that sector had evidently shown that the practitioners didn’t heed the call to pray. 

Omenka insisted that he is neither a prophet nor an apostle, adding “God has a solution to the spate of deaths in the movie industry.

I have seen what is happening in the movie industry since 2001 and I feel enough is enough of deaths of movie practitioners in the country.” 

He maintained that there is a road that must closed to avert further deaths in the industry, stating that he had studied the industry in other countries of the world and found out that the spate of deaths in Nigeria is unusual and something must be done quickly to stem the tide. 

“I saw a female member of the industry lying in state, but I am confident that if we pray fervently we can put an end to the deaths,” said the general overseer of the Wonder Working God Ministry in Akowonjo, Lagos.

(GIST): I Will Like To Change My Tribe From Igbo To Yoruba - Nollywood Actor

He has made so much impact in Nollywood to the extent that some of the stars the industry is proud of today have his touch in their lives.

The Igbo born actor who has turned a pastor has revealed in an interview that he’s if he had the opportunity of coming back to this world again, he would still be an actor and a pastor but he would love to be a Yoruba man by birth and inclination. 

Hear him, “If I have to come back to this world, I will be an actor again, I will be pastor and I will be a Nigerian again but I’ll like to change my tribe, I will like to be a Yoruba man (laughs). Reasons are, Yoruba people are very receptive; they are the only people that can give you a land irrespective of your tribe.

They have a large heart. This is my 40th year in Yoruba land and God made me what I am today in Yoruba land. I am a Lagosian take it or leave it. This is where my children can call their home, this is where we met God; this is where I made mydream and it is where I met my wife.” 

I think this is a good one for the Yorubas, in fact, Lagos State should be proud to have this kind of commendation from an Igbo man.

(TRUTH):“Men are attracted to my breasts” – Nollywood actress, Adediwura Adesegha

In a recent interview, Adediwura Adesegha, one of the fastest rising actresses in Nollywood, spoke candidly about herself – her physical attributes and how she has been able to cope with male attention.

Excerpts:

Is there any part of your body you that men can’t resist?

We have the physical aspect and the spiritual and other aspects that surround that question. When we talk about physical attributes, it has to do with my shape, it has to do with whatever you think you can flaunt. For example, at a nightclub where you are expected to dress in a manner that portrays a club girl, in that case, I think I have something I should be able to flaunt. I have got nice breasts (laughs). On a serious note, it also has to do with your educational background. You have to be educated. The way the world is going now, you must be talented and outspoken. You must be an extrovert and must be able to face challenges. I think I have a sound educational background and so too are my physical attributes. So, I am well packaged.

You must be having it tough with men because of your shape and breasts. How do you handle that? 

My breasts and shape do get men attracted to me just like it happens to every other lady that ha it but I think I have been able to handle it well. Besides, it is really no big deal to get advances from men because it’s like a daily routine, but its left to you as a lady to be responsible and respect yourself.

When would you get married? 
Having a man to oneself is another job entirely. You have to search, open your eyes and pray. Its not something you just say ‘okay, I love him’, while what you have for him is not real. Some will be in love at the beginning but later, as the year rolls by, the love goes off. As regards when I will marry, I will keep you posted.

How often do you have sex? 

I read in a magazine that if you can have sex like three times in a week or more, it’s really another form of exercise. So, sex is good. But how often I have it is personal and not for the public to know (laughs).
