In the spirit of celebrating Nigeria’s Independence, awarding singer Yemi Alade presents ‘Arise, O Compatriots (Nigerian National Anthem)’ lifted off her ‘Aristo Music: Mixtape’ which will drop after herdebut album.
The ‘Bamboo’ beauty shows vocal restraint accompanied by a piano, she soulfully sings the first and second stanzas of the anthem.
She wishes everyone a Happy Independence Day, praying for a prosperous and united Nigeria despite our religious/ethnic differences as she shares two tribes.
