Kanye West will not be charged for his scuffle with a member of the paparazzi at LAX a few weeks ago.
The L.A County District Attorney said that Kanye will not be prosecuted but his case will be transferred to the city attorney for misdemeanor charges if possible. On July 19, Kanye West had a scuffle with a photographer at LAX airport in Los Angeles.
Video footage showed Kanye West lunging towards the camera man after warning him to stop talking to him. Kanye West has not been fond of the paparazzi of late. Before the L.A.X incident he bumped into another photographer weeks earlier and told him that no member of the paparazzi should talk to him whenever he comes out in public.
