Former Green Eagles defender, Okey Isima is dead. The former Rangers International FC player died in Abuja after a brief illness.
Isima was part of the team that won the first African Cup of Nations for Nigeria in 1980 with the likes of Christian Chukwu and the ‘Mathematical’ Segun Odegbami.
According to reports, he is survived by a wife and four children. May his soul rest in peace.
